Welcome to DungeonAmigo. We built this app to be the ultimate D&D 5e companion — manage your characters, roll dice, look up spells and monsters, and run live sessions with your party.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using DungeonAmigo, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use DungeonAmigo:

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You can delete your account at any time, directly within the app, with no restrictions, waiting periods, or requirements to contact us. Once deleted, your account and all character data cannot be recovered.

Children's Privacy
DungeonAmigo is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.
Users between 13 and 17 should review this policy with a parent or guardian before creating an account.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Your account is secured through Firebase Authentication, and all data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice.
Your continued use of DungeonAmigo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

DungeonAmigo is operated from Mexico. This policy is governed by the applicable laws of Mexico, including the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP).
